Contact Forms and Inquiries

When you submit a contact, demo, or other inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company, and message. We use it to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, and follow up about MerchLogix products and services relevant to your inquiry. Form submissions may be processed and stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and accessed by authorized MerchLogix personnel. We may also use a scheduling service when you book a meeting. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a free-text form.

ROI Calculator and Executive Summaries

When you use the MerchLogix ROI calculator, we process the retail segment, areas selected, business figures you enter, suggested assumptions, and calculated estimates to show your business case. If you accept cookies, we may also save the values you enter, changes to those values, timestamps, and a pseudonymous session identifier, including when you do not request an executive summary. If you request an executive summary, we also collect the name and company you provide and save the inputs and results used for that summary. If you return, change the figures, and view another summary, we may save that version as a separate run. We use these records to personalize the summary, understand interest in the calculator, maintain and improve the service, and follow up about the estimate. The estimate is illustrative and is not a guarantee of results.

The calculator uses service providers for hosting and processing. If you choose to book a walkthrough, information you provide to the scheduling service is used to arrange that meeting. The calculator does not send your entered business figures or executive-summary contact fields to RB2B through its visitor-identification script.

Optional Business Visitor Insights

On the ROI calculator landing page, and only after you select Accept in the cookie choice, we may use RB2B to understand which businesses visit that page. For visitors in the United States, RB2B may also provide professional information where available. For visitors outside the United States, RB2B provides company-level identification only.

RB2B may receive technical and visit information, such as IP address, browser or device information, the page visited, referring page, and visit time, and may match it with company or professional information from its data sources. Results may include a company name, a professional name, business contact information, employer, and visit context. We use these insights to understand interest in MerchLogix and to make relevant business follow-up.

Cookies and similar technologies used by our online data partners may associate website activity with other information they have about you, including contact information. We or service providers acting for us may use that association to send relevant business communications and marketing. To opt out of advertising based on this activity, visit https://app.retention.com/optout. If you are an international visitor, you may opt out of RB2B’s collection of personal data by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

Cookies and Your Choices

The ROI calculator asks before loading RB2B. If you accept, RB2B may set first-party cookies and similar identifiers that recognize a returning browser, support a visit session, and help match visits to business or professional information. You can decline or later change your choice through Cookie settings on the calculator. Turning this optional tracking off stops future RB2B loading in that browser after the page refreshes. Choosing Decline does not affect the calculator.

Turning off optional tracking does not by itself delete information already processed by RB2B or other providers. For a data request, contact MerchLogix at info@merchlogix.com. Browser settings may also let you remove existing cookies.

The calculator also uses browser storage needed for the calculator experience and to remember your cookie choice. Other MerchLogix pages or integrated services may use additional cookies or similar technologies.

Service Providers, Retention, and Requests

We use service providers that support website hosting and operation, customer relationship management, scheduling, and business visitor insights, including Cloudflare, HubSpot, Calendly, and RB2B where those services are enabled. They may process information for the purposes described above under their applicable terms and our arrangements with them.
